By accessing or using ZARIKS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ZARIKS.

2. Description of Service

ZARIKS is an AI-powered platform that helps creators stay organized and manage their creator workflows. With your permission, the Service analyzes creator-relevant messages within your Gmail account to support features available inside ZARIKS.

We operate in read-only mode and cannot alter your inbox in any way.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using ZARIKS, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to accept these Terms.

4. Account Registration & Security

You must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for:

Keeping your account secure
All activity under your account
Providing accurate and updated information

We may suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or incomplete information.

5. Gmail Access & Data Use

By granting read-only Gmail access, you authorize ZARIKS to identify creator-relevant messages required to operate the features you choose to use.

We do not:

Modify, delete, or send emails
Access emails unrelated to creator-relevant activity
Share Gmail data with third parties except as required to operate the Service
Permit human access to Gmail data without your explicit permission, except where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance

6. Limited Use Compliance (Google Requirement)

ZARIKS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Accordingly, we:

Use Gmail data only to provide user-facing features
Do not use Gmail data for ads, profiling, or marketing
Do not transfer Gmail data except to secure infrastructure providers
Only access the minimum data required to operate the Service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of access.

7. Acceptable Use Rules

You agree not to:

Break any laws or regulations
Interfere with or disrupt ZARIKS systems
Upload malware or harmful content
Attempt unauthorized access
Impersonate others
Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these rules.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, algorithms, branding, interfaces, website content, and related materials are the intellectual property of ZARIKS.

Your content and data remain yours.

9. Invoices & Financial Disclaimer

ZARIKS may help you generate documents or invoices based on information you provide. These tools are for convenience only.

ZARIKS does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice, and we make no guarantees regarding compliance with tax regulations.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted availability
Error-free performance
Preservation of stored data

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

11. Fees & Payments

Some features of the Service may become paid features in the future. If pricing is introduced, users will be notified in advance. Continued use of paid features constitutes acceptance of the applicable pricing.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZARIKS is provided "as is" and "as available."

ZARIKS and its team are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Errors, service interruptions, or data inaccuracies

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZARIKS, its founders, employees, and partners from claims arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights

This obligation survives termination.

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

Violate these Terms
Misuse Gmail data
Breach Google API policies
Engage in harmful or unlawful conduct

Upon termination, all licenses and access rights end immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app messages. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
