Data Deletion Policy

ZARIKS is committed to giving users full control over their data. This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can delete your data, what is removed, and how long the process takes.

1. How to Request Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by:

  • Emailing us at team@zariks.com, or
  • Using the "Delete Account" option in the ZARIKS dashboard (if available)

2. What Data Gets Deleted

When you request deletion, we permanently erase:

  • Your ZARIKS account
  • Gmail access tokens
  • Stored metadata generated through your use of the Service
  • Documents or outputs you created using ZARIKS
  • Profile information you provided (such as name, address, tax or payment details)
  • Temporary system-generated data
  • All associated records stored in our infrastructure

3. Data We DO NOT Store

ZARIKS does not permanently store:

  • Full Gmail message bodies
  • Emails unrelated to creator-relevant messages
  • Deleted emails
  • Email attachment contents

These are processed only temporarily as part of the Service.

4. Deletion Timeline

Your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 90 days of your request.

Once deletion is complete, it cannot be undone.

5. Revoking Gmail Access

You may revoke ZARIKS access to Gmail at any time via:

Google Account Permissions

Revoking access disables all Gmail-based functionality immediately.
